Hell yes, if I saw aliens on my wine labels I would at least stop and look.
Though, you have one major problem.
Much to unrefined and "busy" causing a washing out effect.
It isn't apparent on spot, and for how small labels on wine tends to be this is a majorly bad effect to have.
You want to have outlines bold, crisp, clean, and things not washed out by the busyness of the background or in extreme cases foreground.
Refine it by darkening the buildings and contrasting Flame to smoke, while tightening/reducing that effect safe for perhaps around the border?
Sharpen up your rampaging aliens, and it could be a really great/funny label.
